I normally get stressed when I'm under pressure so in situations like exams, important descions and sometime even homework deadlines this is just a few things that I like to do when im stressed hopefully they will help you to xox
i deal with stress by doing the following things frequently:
- running a hot bath (or whatever temperature you wish)
- pamper yourself (paint your nails, do facials etc)
- lay somewhere quiet ad block out the world I usually do this with quiet wave sounds in the backround (from my Spotify playlist)
- sometimes I like to look at pictures of beaches and imagine im there with the person I love most
